In consideration for being allowed to be a guest at THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY and participate in tours and activities at THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, I release from liability and waive my right to sue THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, their employees, officers, volunteers, agents, and the landowners for any claims, including claims of negligence, resulting from physical injury, economic loss, or damages occurring during or resulting from my visit to THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY.
I am voluntarily participating in all activities at THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY. I understand there are risks to walking and being on unimproved land, and that there are risks in being near and around animals, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or from the condition of the land or facilities. Nonetheless, I assume the risks of participation, known and unknown.
I agree to hold THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY (including their employees, officers, volunteers, agents, and the landowners) harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, and all liabilities, including costs and attorney fees, incurred as a result of my visit to THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, and I agree to reimburse THE MUDDY PUG FARM AND SANCTUARY for any of these types of expenses they may incur.
If I need medical treatment as a result of my visit to THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
I understand that photographs may be taken during my visit and hereby waive any rights may have in my likeness. I understand and agree that any photographs become the property of THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, who may edit, alter, copy distribute, publish, or use for any lawful purpose without further consent from me.
By signing below, I acknowledge I have read this document, and I am signing it freely and voluntarily. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY, their employees, officers, volunteers, agents, and the landowners from all liability, (b) waiving the right to sue, and assuming all risks of visiting THE MUDDY PUG FARM & SANCTUARY.
If the guest is a minor, I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor. I acknowledge that by signing on behalf of the minor, all of this document shall apply to the minor the same as to any adult signing this document.
